The project works are completed in accordance with the norms and rules in force in the country and, depending on the customer's wishes and project requirements, include the following works:
Determining the project parameters in force in the municipality;
Dismantling project;
Architectural project;
Construction project;
Engineering Communications Project;
Prepare a preliminary construction cost estimate.
We will secure the project agreement and obtain a construction permit from the municipal services.
The design work includes 4 stages:
Stage I * - concept (at least two concepts and their presentation);
Phase II - schematic project (schematic plans, facades, interiors, their concept and presentation);
Stage III - design development (80% of project documentation);
Stage IV - Preparation and delivery of the complete package of construction documentation to the customer.
Also, if the customer wishes, the company will carry out copyright supervision in the production process.
